This is the final luncheon for Parker High School alum from the graduating classes of the 1930s through the 1960s. As the popular singer, Kenny Logins, said in one of his famous recordings, "You have to know when to hold them and know when to fold them." This year, the Parker High School Alumni Luncheon Committee has decided to discontinue the annual luncheon. Says committee chairperson, "It has been great fun and we encourage you to join us for this last chance to see your own classmates." There will be a "Memories" book that contains many interesting and funny memories that will take you down "memory lane."

Frances W. Parker Senior High School (Former school name. Founded 1901. Original site at 6800 S. Stewart, Chicago) Location is now home to Amandla Charter School.
Parker closed in the 1970s and local high school in community became Robeson High School.
