I look forward to working with you to find your own heart's desire! Often people struggle to understand why they seem to be getting into the same relationships over and over again. As a therapist for over twenty years, I have helped people move through their doubts and fears about relationships to lead richer, more full lives. I enjoy helping people realize their own dreams and embrace themselves

fully. This process has helped expand my practice from therapy to relationship coaching, specializing in working with singles and divorced men and women. Each of us has our own inner wisdom which coaching can help us understand and acknowledge. I take people from where they are to where they want to go and ultimately connect them to their own heart’s desire. I help people through a holistic mind/body and spirit framework which helps facilitate growth easily and playfully. Through this process we can create the kind of relationships we want and have always dreamed of.
