When your career depends on an able body and mind, what can you do when illness strikes? Turn to those who are in your life for a reason - to support and uplift you. Thank you to my unbelievable team at CorePower Yoga for stepping up to teach my classes while I'm out on sick leave. Michelle De' Medici, Manny Garcia, Brittney DePaola, Dina Tashjian Burmeister, Jeni Hutchison you have been amazing. To my students at General Growth Properties and Leah Portnoff Henningsen - this is the time to delve into self-study and practice. Continue to get on your mat and move, breath, flow with what you already know. To the recent Power TT graduates: congratulations! It was so hard not being with you last night. Please send me pictures of your celebration. I miss you. (and thank you Lindsey Warner , Alyssa Yeo, and Christy Siebert for always being there for me).
