Our AnthroMed SLP Clinical Support Team had the best time presenting to the incredible DePaul NSSLHA graduate students! 🤩

There is just something so special about being in a room full of future SLPs, knowing we’ve been in their shoes and getting to share with them what we wish someone had shared with us. We love getting to share our experiences and help future SLPs feel prepared, excited and ready for what’s ahead!

At AnthroMed Education, we're building a clinically led Occupational Therapy program centered on one simple idea: when Occupational Therapists are supported, students thrive. We're excited to welcome Dr. Erin as the newest clinical leader helping bring that vision to life.

Dr. Erin brings a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and more than five years of experience supporting students, families, and interdisciplinary teams across public schools, multidisciplinary clinics, therapeutic day schools. Her passion for school based practice, sensory regulation, autism, program development, and mentoring fellow clinicians makes her an incredible addition to our growing clinical leadership team. She is also a member of the American OT Association the current Networking Coordinator for the Illinois OT Association.

At AnthroMed, our vision is simple: create the best place in the country for Occupational Therapists to begin, grow, and build meaningful careers while helping students thrive. We're so excited for what's ahead.

Something bringing us a lot of joy lately: getting our team together in person. 🤍 🩷

SLPs do incredibly important work by helping others communicate, connect, and live fuller lives. Today we celebrate National SLP Day and recognize SLPs who work selflessly to help others. It's also National Speech-Language-Hearing Month!

At AnthroMed Education, we believe great SLPs do their best work when they have guidance and support from another SLP who has been in their shoes before. Supporting SLPs is part of our identify, because how we show up matters.

1️⃣ We help our SLPs keep growing. We provide mentorship and continuing education so you can stay confident in your practice.

2️⃣ We keep our SLPs supported and connected. It's our core belief that no SLP should navigate their caseload alone. We connect our clinicians with peers they can learn from and lean on.

One of the things that makes AnthroMed Education special is seeing clinicians who helped build the early foundation of our company now helping guide the next generation of SLPs entering the field. 🗣 🫶

After joining AnthroMed as one of our Clinical Fellows in 2020, she is now mentoring new CFs as they transition from graduate school into confident clinicians serving students in schools.

We’re SO excited to welcome Amy Graham, MA, CCC-SLP to our AnthroMed Guest Speaker Series tonight! 🎉

At AnthroMed Education, we truly value continuing education and are proud to provide our clinicians with free learning opportunities led by well-known, highly knowledgeable speakers in the field. We are also an ASHA CE Approved Provider, which means any SLP who attends is eligible to receive ASHA CEUs.

Amy Graham is a speech-language pathologist and owner of Graham Speech Therapy. She is an international speaker, frequent podcast guest, and creator of speech therapy resources for SLPs who treat speech sound disorders. She’s known for her practical, evidence-based approach and for equipping SLPs with strategies you can use in therapy right away.

We are thrilled to learn from her tonight!

Happy OT Month! 💗

We’re excited to spotlight Lauren, one of our incredible Occupational Therapists on the AnthroMed Education OT Team. Lauren has been in the field for 10 years, with a background in subacute rehab, LTACH, a surgical hospital, and outpatient hand therapy. Lauren transitioned to school-based therapy when she joined our team here at AnthroMed Education last year!

We are so grateful to have Lauren with us for another school year. Her experience, adaptability, and commitment to supporting students truly reflect the strength of our OT team.

Lauren is just one of the many amazing OTs we are lucky to have at AnthroMed Education. Thank you, Lauren, and thank you to all of our OTs for everything you do! We appreciate you all!
