Fifth City Child Development Institute has been an icon in the Garfield community of Chicago since 1964. We are a 501©3 organization and are committed to providing exceptional childcare services to low income and disadvantaged parents on Chicago’s West Side. We are licensed by IDHS and the City of Chicago. We strive to impact the lives of our children through interactive learning, positive self-awareness and innovative child development techniques.
