📣 New class alert! Miguel is offering a salsa/bachata class for seniors (55+) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-3PM. If you or anyone you know might be interested in a fun way to stay active, send this their way! ☺️

Miguel is the founder of the Dance Academy of Salsa (est. 2002) and has had experience collaborating with medical researchers and doctors to develop a dance program for seniors with physical ailments to boost mobility, activity levels and mood.

Our beginner courses are limited to the same group of people for 4 consecutive weeks, with a syllabus designed to help you progress quickly from beginner to beginner-intermediate. Looking for fun weekend plans? Join us every Friday from 8:30-10PM at a Taste of Latin Dancing 🔥 BYOB and grab your friends, a date, or come solo - just be prepared to dance and have fun! We start off with mini introductory lessons of salsa, bachata, merengue and cha cha cha, then dim the lights for some more open dancing. $25/person, plenty of free parking, and lots of restaurant options nearby. Perfect Friday night plans, check! ☑️
