Dr. Harney used to teach Chinese history at DePaul and was a beloved professor to our students. Please consider joining this very interesting talk based on his recent book on American Vincentians in China!

History students! On April 16, Dr. John Harney, author of Dreams of a Young Republic: The American Vincentians in China, will hold a special session for students to discuss the role of archival materials in the research process and in final publication. Dr. Harney's research was inspired by materials in DePaul's Special Collections and Archives.
