2026 has already been different! The lessons .gymnastics.pt and I try to show in every part of our lives are starting to take root.

Camilla continues to work, she doesn’t settle, and she’s willing to do the hard. At 9 years old I see traits in her that will carry her through life so successfully!

And RJ has leveled up like I can’t believe. His focus, dedication, and progress is insane. His quiet, but observant, behavior is admirable and he EARNS every bit of respect that he gets from others. He doesn’t talk a big game…he simply shows up and makes a statement…such a statement to where other kids take notice.

It’s different around here. We hold a different standard.

Athletes who are looking to improve and put in the work…get that here!

Yesterday I had an athlete increase her threshold by 10%. A 10% gain in a couple of months. SHE DID THAT. I simply provided the tools and it was up to her to execute.

Every single day you have a choice. These results speak for themselves.
