Introduction:
Maguire University is delighted to unveil the pricing details for the highly anticipated 2024 Traveling Team expedition. This exciting journey promises incredible experiences, cultural enrichment, and personal growth for participants. Below, you will find all the essential information regarding pricing, deposit deadlines, and additional budgeted items to help you plan your unforgettable adventure with the Maguire University Traveling Team 2024.
Travel Dates and Accommodation:
• Dates: Thursday, April 4th through Tuesday, April 9th, 2024.
• Hotel: The Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale, AZ.

Pricing Options:
The 2024 Traveling Team offers two package options, accommodating varying stay duration's and group sizes:
1. Five (5) Night Package (Thursday, April 4th through Tuesday, April 9th, 2024):
o Single (1) - $3,400.00
o Double (2) - $1,925.00 per person.
o Triple (3) - $1,435.00 per person.
2. Four (4) Night Package (Friday, April 5th through Tuesday, April 9th, 2024):
o Single (1) - $2,810.00
o Double (2) - $1,630.00 per person.
o Triple (3) - $1,237.00 per person.
Payment Details:
• A 50% deposit (per person) is required by Halloween (October 31st, 2023).

• Full payment is due by New Year's Eve (December 31st, 2023).
New Team Rule:
For the 2024 Traveling Team, there is a new rule regarding drink tokens:
• Everyone traveling with the team (paid) will receive twenty-five (25) drink tokens for the weekend.
• The university is transitioning away from 'unlimited' drinks for both financial and liability reasons.
• Additional drink tokens can be purchased on-site if needed.
Additional Budgeted Items (Optional):
For those who wish to enhance their experience, several optional budgeted items are available:
• Hall-Of-Fame Dinner: $100.00
• Saturday Maguire U Suite Buffet: $20.00
• Monday Maguire U Suite Buffet/Pizza: $20.00
• Baseball/Culture Tour: $100.00
• Golf: $200.00 plus additional costs
Secure Your Spot:
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at The Hotel Valley Ho. In total, there are 45 rooms available, including the Maguire University 'Hospitality' Suite. With an expected team size of approximately 100 people, securing your spot by submitting your deposit as soon as possible is crucial.

Hello 👋🏻 MAGUIRE University Student Athletes, Coaches, Alumni & Friends,
It’s been a while since our last post and there is a lot happening within our MAGUIRE U campus this 2023.
#1. Our Chancellor Arthur Duffy for the first time in his 63 years on this earth 🌏 was married to Caitriona Boden on August 19th, 2023.
The ceremony took place at Chancellor Duffy’s compound in the Sauganash neighborhood of Chicago. The couple put the entire event together in seven (7) weeks and it was a beautiful wedding!
#2. The 2024 Traveling 🧳 Team announcement will drop via email and on Facebook on Friday September 8th, 2023 at Noon 🕛 Eastern Time.
Remember, it is first come first served for rooms with preference given to HOF and previous attendees in good standing.
We only have a specified number of rooms and the MAGUIRE U board has voted to keep the trip to a smaller traveling team than previous years.
We guarantee you will love our headquarters in Arizona for 2024.
