Geometry students enjoyed an outdoor measurement day! Students used similar triangles and trigonometry, along with shadows, mirrors, and protractors to estimate the heights of trees, poles, and the school building! 📚📐💙

Sixth grade students enjoyed a hands-on science experiment with worms this week! 📈👩🏻‍🔬💙

Second grade is bringing idioms to life using their literal meaning. Way to go! 🐥🐣💙

Edison students had the honor of laying a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery this morning. 💙💙💙

And they’re off! Our 8th graders arrived in Washington, D. C. today!🏛️✈️💙

✨Reminder✨ Tomorrow is parent-teacher conference day! Conference will run from 12:00-6:00 pm with varying virtual and in-person time slots depending on grade band. Created by the Anti-Defamation League, No Place for Hate is a framework to create a more inclusive and equitable school-wide climate. Our student committee works with our counselor, Ms. Butler, to promote No Place for Hate and plan activities focused on inclusion and equity. 😊🎨💙
