I work with those who want to changer careers but aren’t quite sure how to do it. Anyone can switch into a different field as long as you’re willing to take a few steps back financially. But if you’re unhappy doing what you do, any change is worth it.

I am supposed to go on dialysis “months ago” but I just can’t bring myself to do it. People keep saying to do as if it were no big deal. It is a big deal! and the people who seem to be ok with dialysis are men. I am petite—5 ft, 97-100 lbs with very skinny veins that are hard to even get blood out of. If anyone out there knows of a woman my size who is successfully on dialysis without pain, please ask her to connect with me. Doctors can’t introduce me to other patients due to privacy laws.

It’s important to wear masks and keep your distance from others if you want COVID-19 to end. The more you give into your desires to socialize, the longer it will hang around. Your lifestyle is affecting everyone’s future.

The pandemic has been quite an interesting experience, though I’m sure it has been tragic for those who have lost family members and the closest of friends. But the positive side is that it has given people a chance to look within themselves to try to be better human beings. “Life is not about you; it’s about the lives of EVERYONE you touch.”
