No, it’s not a joke! TOMORROW, April 1st, we will be hosting our Chipotle fundraiser 4–8pm, located at the campus restaurant on Wick Avenue. Show the flyer or order online using code YC39JAV, proceeds generated will go to the YSU OCMEA program. Fundraisers are an extremely vital part of our operation to help our members grow and develop as future educators, so we hope to see you there!!! 🐧🎶

Tons of fun was had last night! Our members stepped out of their comfort zone, picked up a secondary instrument, and conducted our beginner band! 🐧🎶

Last week, members of our OCMEA board had the incredible opportunity to travel to Chicago for the Midwest Clinic Band & Orchestra Conference! Here, they got to attend PD sessions to further build their knowledge, go to concerts and performances by many groups from across the country, meet and connect with other professionals in their field, and even get to explore a little bit of the city! The board is extremely grateful to have so many great opportunities to learn and grow, and they are so excited to bring all of their newfound knowledge back to the chapter!! ❤️🎶
