I have this beautiful kitchen where I host cooking classes. Food attracts pests and rodents.
To make sure that no pest out here, I use these de Nada pest control pucks. These are cute little all natural pucks that just blend in the space.

These are the 10 most popular Indian entrees ordered at restaurants. We host cooking classes and teach you to cook them at home. Attend a class and learn to cook them for yourself. (Except Naan - I'm not going to have you stick your hands in a hot Tandoor)

- 🍛 1. Butter Chicken
Creamy, mildly spiced tomato sauce with tender chicken—probably the #1 crowd favorite because it’s rich and not too spicy.
🍗 2. Chicken Tikka Masala
Grilled chicken in a bold, creamy tomato-based curry. Often considered the most “classic” restaurant order.
🧈 3. Garlic Naan (side but almost always ordered)
Technically bread, but so commonly paired with entrées that it’s part of most orders. Soft, buttery, and garlicky.
🥘 4. Chicken Biryani
Aromatic basmati rice cooked with spiced chicken, herbs, and sometimes saffron. A full meal on its own.
🧀 5. Palak Paneer
Spinach-based curry with cubes of paneer cheese. A go-to vegetarian option that even meat-eaters enjoy.
🍲 6. Chana Masala
Chickpeas in a tangy, spiced tomato gravy. Popular for being vegan, filling, and flavorful.
🥩 7. Lamb Rogan Josh
Tender lamb in a rich, aromatic sauce. A top choice for those wanting something deeper and more savory.
🌶️ 8. Chicken Vindaloo
A spicy, tangy curry known for its heat level. Often ordered by people specifically looking for something fiery.
🧈 9. Dal Makhani
Slow-cooked black lentils with butter and cream. Rich, comforting, and a staple vegetarian dish.
🍗 10. Tandoori Chicken
Charred, smoky chicken cooked in a clay oven. Often ordered as a main or to share.
