TODAY at 4:15PM in Student Leadership Suite is our Fourth Workshop: Political vs. Artistic Diaspora
Our central questions are: What happens when an artist become a rising trend in the art market outside of the artist's nation? What political connotation does it imply?
We will be specifically looking at South and North Korea, Iran, and Palestine. Our presenters are Yuan Ye (BFA 2018), Jae Hwan Lim (BFA 2017), Kimia Maleki (MA 2016), and Key Key Salem (BFA 2017).
