We plan and coordinate activities to better ourselves for the future of the hospitality industry. Our mission is to make our services exceed the expectations of our guests and create an fun and enjoyable atmosphere for students who are just learning about the industry. Our beloved Professor Myron (Mike) Levy passed away this morning. Professor Levy, who taught for over 20 years in our program, was a beloved member of our faculty. His passing was sudden and we are all stunned. He was a wonderful man, professor and colleague. Funeral arrangements are pending and we will update you as soon as we have this information. May his memory be a blessing
