⭐️ **We’re Back Tomorrow!** ⭐️

After a week-long break, we are so excited to welcome all of our little stars back tomorrow! 💕 We’ve missed their smiling faces, laughs, hugs, and all the fun and energy they bring to our days.

While we were away, we added **two new items to our dramatic play area**, and we can’t wait for the kids to see them! 🏠✨ We love adding new things to our space that encourage imagination, creativity, and learning through play.

We hope everyone enjoyed their week off! We are refreshed, recharged, and ready to get back to learning, playing, and making memories together.

Due to the poor air quality today, we will not be going outside for outdoor play. The health and safety of the children are our top priority, so we'll be enjoying fun indoor activities instead.

Thank you for your understanding. We'll continue to monitor the air quality and resume outdoor play when conditions improve.

At 1 year old, Mia became part of our family, and now, at 4 1/2, she impressively writes her ABC’s.

Milestones at 2 Years Old

Two-year-olds are growing rapidly in independence, communication, and curiosity.

At this age, many toddlers are beginning to combine two to four words into short phrases and simple sentences.

They often understand much more than they can verbally express.

Physically, they are becoming more confident with running, climbing, kicking balls, and navigating stairs with support.

Fine motor skills continue developing through activities like stacking blocks, turning pages, and scribbling with crayons.

Socially, two-year-olds may begin engaging in more parallel play and show interest in what other children are doing.

Big emotions are also very common because their feelings are growing faster than their ability to regulate them.

You may notice more independence as they try to dress themselves, help with tasks, or insist on doing things “myself.”

Pretend play becomes more imaginative, like feeding dolls or acting out routines they see at home.

Toddlers at this age learn best through repetition, movement, and connection with caregivers.

Every child develops at their own pace, and small differences in milestones can be completely normal.

The toddler years are full of growth, learning, and discovering who they are becoming.
