Interesting Fact about Ida E. S. Noyes:
Ida Noyes was born in the state of New York, of New England ancestry. She graduated from the Iowa State College as too her future husband, La Verne Noyes. During her college career she devoloped her power for leadership. Talent in public speaking led to her interest in artistic reading and participation in college theatre projects. Her fellow students praised her for having sympathy for the misunderstood and unforunate. A love of painting led her to study for several years in the Art Institute of Chicago and the Julian Studio in Paris. A love of country led her to devote her efforts to the work of the Daughters of the American Revolution. In her later years she developed a fondness for books and writing.
