I HATE GETTING MY HAIR DONE. Because customer service is not equal. But let me tell ya’ll how glad I am that I did not give up on this young lady. As a service provider and mentor I give grace. Gently correct. Then give appropriate feedback with love.

SHE QUICKLY CORRECTED HERSELF IN SECONDS. That lets me know she is about business and I can’t wait to see her on Tuesday. This will be my 1st time in years going to a stylist because of all the drama I have personally witnessed and seen on these internets. Follow me for an update. I’m no influencer but I would like to show that we can have positive experiences in service industries especially when us seasoned professionals pour into newbies.
