President Joe Biden taps seasoned prosecutor and Chicago-Kent College of Law alumnus, Robert J. White (LAW ’10) to serve on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the White House said on January 10. Robert has been an AUSA in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Michigan’s Eastern District since 2018, where he handled a mix of civil and criminal cases involving health care fraud and violent crime. Thank YOU for showing up yesterday and making a huge success!

We are still tabulating the results (which will be shared soon), but the C-K community came together to raise over $230,000 from over 150 donors. We crushed our goal thanks to all you! We are so grateful for this outstanding community that supports Chicago-Kent’s students, faculty and programs.

To commemorate this profound moment in the school's history, there will be a community celebration in honor of Richard Conviser on September 29 at 4:00 p.m. at Conviser Law Center.
