At the PLS luncheon, our student leaders of the month and year were honored with awards and learned from our speakers on leadership!

Please join PLS in celebrating Sara as student of the year!
Sara is a current P3 who has worked at CVS for 7 years and is interested in critical care and maybe oncology. Sara is proud to have initiated health fairs in Rockford with the help of Drs Christopher and Schriever as well as Shelton Kay to promote health and community. Outside of school, she likes to draw and write stories and is even working on a game demo which should be released soon! Congrats Sara!

Please join PLS in recognizing Makayla as student leader of the year!
Makayla is a current P3 who works at UI Health as an Inpatient Medication Safety and Quality extern! She is currently interested in pursuing nephrology, cardiology, and critical care. In school, Makayla has been involved in IDSPhA and PDC where she orchestrated many successful events. Outside of school, Makayla loves hanging out with her dog Xan, short for Xanax 💊!

Please join PLS in recognizing Jeremy Boyle as the P1 Student of the Year!
Jeremy has experience serving as the P1 class council president and in many organizations around the school. Outside of school, he enjoys cooking and planning trips. He eventually hopes to pursue clinical pharmacy. Congrats Jeremy!
