Happy !

NLEI was founded in response to inequities that limited job opportunities for Latinos. Through advocacy and collaboration with industry, NLEI helped secure fairer access to jobs, developed training with employers & began a journey toward greater economic opportunity for the communities we serve.

Then and now, NLEI proudly serves individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking workforce advancement and economic mobility.

This month, we celebrate the power of workforce development that strengthen individuals, families, businesses, and our economy.

Thank you to our thousands of alumni, employer partners, supporters, and advocates who make this work possible every day.
