đ¨ What's new: Monday Outdoor Bootcamp on the Quad đĒ - Expect a full-body workout combining strength (all bodyweight), speed, endurance, and â you know me â a lot of laughs and fun. Bring water/hydration, wear sunscreen, and bring a towel if you don't want to lay on the grass for ground/core work đ
đĒŠ Sunday and Tuesday JAM remain on the same schedule (Sundays at 10:30a; Tuesdays at 5:30p - both in Studio D).
