Hope everyone's recovered from Cinco de Mayo...just in time for our 15th annual Cerveza de Mayo! 15 years! We're getting good at this! Join us for a World Cup themed event featuring beers inspired by the participating countries. Plus, you get to vote for your favorite! The winning brewers will receive gift cards from Lardon, Union Chicago, and The Perch !

Of course, we'll have amazing food to go with all of this yummy beer. Check out the handcrafted food donations from our members, plus donations from Tacotlán and Aló Arepa Co.!

Big Brew Day at CHAOS.

Big Brew Day is when homebrewers across the country brew together to celebrate National Homebrew Day.

We brewed seven beers, 80 gallons total, and welcomed three new members.

Next up: Cerveza de Mayo 2026 on Saturday, May 9. Come out for our spring fundraiser, World Cup-inspired beers, and a member-made smoked meats potluck.

We're observing this year's Big Brew Day with an open house/bottle share on Saturday, May 2nd! See our makerspace in action with brewing demos and tours! If it's nice out, we'll even have the grill going! Plus, plenty of yummy CHAOS brews on tap!
