Elegant Epsilon chapter was founded on March 30, 1996 by Rosabel Maldonado & Angelita Garza, making Gamma Phi Omega the first Latina-oriented sorority at DePaul University. Since then, Epsilon has continued to grow and strive's to push forth the goals of Gamma Phi Omega which are Academic Excellence, Community Service, Cultural Awareness, & Sisterhood.
