Our watoto in the Namna (3rd grade) and Sankofa (6th grade) proudly showcased what they’ve been learning in STEM, demonstrating how to control and program 3 different robots.
Guests in attendance not only got a chance to peep the robots in action, but many also learned how to operate directly from our young scholars.
The expo gave our watoto an opportunity to put their learning on display , share their knowledge with our school village, and celebrate all they’ve learned and accomplished. It don’t get no better than that!

Thank you to the families who got a chance to register your scholars last week. Our next enrollment station will be this Wednesday, May 13th • 12pm-1:30pm
You don’t have to wait until this Wednesday. You can go on-line today and secure that seat.

For National Teacher Appreciation Week, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate and highlight our very own primary educator and now published author, Mama Veronica! ❤️🖤💚
We are beyond proud of her for releasing The Seven Children of Ma’at: Practicing the Virtues Every Day . This engaging and culturally grounded coloring book that encourages children to explore the powerful virtues of Ma’at through creativity and imagination!

Our kinder classes from both of our campuses took a trip to the historic ✨. While there, both Pampanua (BSA) and Akokonan (BASA) Classes experienced a story time with Chicago’s very own Children’s author ✨
The scholars enjoyed a reading + art session for Ms. Alston’s debut picture book, “The Boohoo Boohoo Bear”. All students and teachers were gifted a signed copy of the awesome book for their home collection!
