This day will forever be a powerful memory. I facilitated at full day workshop with more than 50 executive leaders, department heads, and managers focusing on, "Connecting the team's purpose to the mission, values, and strategy of the organization". InterContinental New York Times Square will always have a special place in my heart.

It was a great pleasure to introduce Microsoft Office 365 Business to Power Plant Services at 3 of their plant sites. With more than 130 licences purchased Astute Culture was able to provide small 12 max classroom settings along with video conference call sessions for satellite employees.

It was an amazing experience to, "Welcome the Curious" of the Hotel Indigo brand. We launched InterContinental Hotel Group's (IHG) Ways of Clean and IHG True Hospitality for Everyone. I am looking forward to seeing great success in the new IHG Preventative Maintenance Program along with enhanced communication through the introduction of HotSOS. I just wrapped up some post contract assessment conversations and would like to again thank Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District for being a client of Astute Culture Consulting.

I started Astute Culture Consulting in March of 2017. Since my launch I have worked contracts in New York City, NY and Savannah, GA. I am now preparing contracts for New York City, Chicago, IL, Washington D.C., Atlanta, GA and San Francisco CA. Astute Culture is coming to a city near you soon.

Here in Savannah at the Hotel Indigo Historic District. Consulting at this property has been a joy! It's great to see the ladies conducting their new pre-shift warm up exercises as we wrapped up IHG 5S Ways of Clean training and tools to do their job. Looking forward to working with leadership on more process implementation and guest experience opportunities.
