From laughter to play, it was a great day to step outside, connect, and take in the beauty of our community.

Our 6th and 7th grade students showed incredible precision, focus, and critical thinking during Day 1 of building their Crazyflie drone drones!
After practicing in simulation, they are now hands-on—assembling and preparing these crafts for real flight right here at STA! 🚀

🌎🧹 Earth Day Cleanup in Nichols Park! 🧹🌎
Our 3rd–5th grade students rolled up their sleeves and got to work at Nichols Park for Earth Day! 💚

With teamwork and pride, they helped clean up the park—showing what it means to care for our community and environment.

Our Kindergarten students brought their creativity to life by creating Lorax-inspired Truffula Trees! 🌳✨ Using colorful Snap Cubes and red straws for the stems, they designed vibrant, imaginative trees while making connections to caring for our Earth.
💡 In our Innovation Lab, where each grade is scheduled for 90 minutes weekly with Mrs. Malnar, our Director of Innovation, ideas truly come to life—making it the perfect space for creativity, exploration, and hands-on learning!

We recently hosted our iReady March Madness, and we’re excited to recognize a few of our middle school champions!

Using our 3D printers in the Innovation Lab, we created custom awards to celebrate their hard work, growth, and achievement. 🏅
