Yesterday was National Latina Day, but the contributions of Latinas deserve recognition every day.
Latinas are a powerful and growing force in America—leading businesses, strengthening our workforce, advancing education, shaping culture, building communities, and creating opportunities for the generations that follow.
Today, 1 in 5 women in the United States is Latina—a number that represents far more than demographic growth. It represents millions of stories of leadership, resilience, ambition, entrepreneurship, service, and progress.

Each year, the USHLI Annual Dinner Fundraiser brings together leaders, educators, community partners, students, and supporters to celebrate leadership, recognize achievement, and reaffirm our shared commitment to empowering future generations.

The 2026 USHLI Annual Dinner Fundraiser will feature Hon. Henry G. Cisneros, whose distinguished career in public service and community development continues to inspire leaders across the nation.
