This is a No-Nonsense school specializing in Modern Martial Arts.

We train in the Combat Sports of Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Muay Thai but also encourage students in all areas of combat & healing arts. There are NO egos, magic tricks or unapproachable Grandmasters here just enthusiastic people training hard. This is not a Belt Factory. Every rank/skill is earned thru Consistency and Dedication, NOT POLITICS OR POWER STRUGGLES! We keep it simple. We

do Warm ups, Technical Drills and Good ol' fashion Sparring . It’s simple, We get in, get it in & get out. ALL persons are welcome. Our Technical Base is both Self-defense & Combat Sport oriented and is a synthesis of Jiu-Jitsu, JuJutsu, Judo, Catch Wrestling, Boxing, Sanshou, Muay Thai, American Kick Boxing, & Sports Massage. There is no ultimate style, But if your goal is to defend yourself & others then this is a great class because of its well roundedness. Classes start out with fundamentals of Rolling & Break Falling. As students progress gradually into the system, they learn a balanced curriculum of Submission Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai & Self-Defense JuJutsu. This is both a Gi/No Gi class Teaching StyleClasses start with very Strenuous warm ups designed to get students in intimidating fighting shape then we do technical drills which evolve as the Art evolves. Then we Spar (or Roll, Randori, Box & Wrestle) against a resisting determined partner(s) We believe There is no other way to become proficient. Just practicing drills will not make you a good martial artist, but it will make it so you wont have to think when under pressure. But You will not be able to defend yourself effectively unless you Spar or contest the technique in a live situation against someone who doesn't want you to succeed. We try to get as close as we can get to an actual fight without an ambulance showing up. We do not try to kill each other. But We also don't just practice the strokes, we get in the water and swim! Putting on the proper protective equipment and going all out every class using the techniques learned. We don't fool ourselves or our students by telling them that they must wait years to be able to defend themselves. We know that If you spar on a regular (Every Class), a month is enough to get used to Physical Combative Aggression & Four months to get in fighting shape.. You will only get better and tougher with consistency. School Mottos

1.If you do a technique 1000 times, you just might begin to know it

2.Dont fear the one who practices 10,000 kicks one time, but rather fear the one who Practices one kick 10,000 times!

3.Just Sign the waiver and get on the mat! Head Sensei is Coach Stefan Sanders who has over 30 Years teaching experience in the Martial Arts.

Sean Connery trained in Kyokushin Karate under founder Masutatsu "Mas" Oyama while filming You Only Live Twice in Japan in 1966. Oyama awarded Connery an honorary first-degree black belt. Connery also trained in Aikido with a then unknown young Steven Seagal for the 1983 Bond film Never Say Never Again in which Seagal ‘accidentally’ broke Connery’s wrist during training.
