We had a blast collecting compostables and eating samples at the Show yesterday! As a part of their waste reduction program- we collected over 2000 lbs of compostable materials and food waste that was not suitable for donation to the . Thank you for including us! 💚

Shout out to our Compost Club member, The Jade Vine! The Jade Vine (who has been composting with the UC since 2021) is an earth-conscious flower shop in the Albany Park neighborhood. Woman-owned and operated, they’re hard at work preparing tons of Valentine’s Day specials for every style and budget.
