This week, our ECO 307 Managerial Decision-Making class with Professor Brian A. Thompson took learning to an interactive level! They swapped the classroom for the lab and headed to Mindworks, the behavioral science discovery center in Chicago’s Loop. The students dived into interactive exhibits and got hands-on with experiments that brought their class theories to life. Huge thanks to Mindworks for this fantastic opportunity!

Celebrating and honoring Associate Professor Michael Miller on his retirement after 43 years. Professor Miller has held multiple positions of leadership including Associate Dean, Chair of the Economics Department, and was on faculty council for 19 years. He is one of the most popular economics professors. Many know him for his numerous media appearances. He will be greatly missed. We wish him the best in his retirement!
