The VIP Woman

💫 Winding down 2022 has me reflecting, realizing, and taking stock of what has and has not happened this year. It's not always roses 🌹 folks.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The key for high achieving women is to not get stuck in the spiral of guilt or shame for any areas that have not come to full fruition yet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some key ideas I am reminded of from an oldie but a good Awaken the Giant Within from Tony Robbins.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Raise Your Standards (this can be in a lot of areas not just business/ success. Challenge yourself to be honest about where you may have let yourself off the hook this year)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Change Your Limiting Beliefs (ask yourself if you could sum up the one thing/word/feeling that summed up why you felt the most resistance in some areas of your life what would you say? Don't think too hard about it go with what comes to mind first. Your intuition always knows.)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Change Your Strategy (One of the best ways to course correct in areas you know are not working for you and preventing months turning into years of frustration is to take stock of what is not working. It is not a cop out to change course. It takes self awareness to know the difference between the two and when quitting something actually serves you.)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And for good holiday measure...I am fully planning on walking into 2023 with a new kind of energy and mentality. A mentality of more ownership, more congruence, more alignment to what actually is true and right for me at this phase in my life.

80% of people are living on autopilot every day. Feeling unfulfilled, unsatisfied, and living life on repeat. 80%!!

If you are anything like me I have been a part of that statistic many times in life. More times than I would like to admit.

But I’ve also had this innate desire to explore outside of that statistic. And to not remain and succumb to boredom. To live in the grey. Experience the unknown a bit more than most people.

It has tested me, caused people to leave my life, and sometimes damn near broken me. I have many times thought I must be crazy with some of the risks I have taken.

But the upside? Resilience. Inner confidence. The ability to always figure it out. And a future I am still writing and ok with not having clearly defined.

The 20% is where I desire to be and where I am still headed.

It’s not perfect. It’s not always fun. But I have faith the unknown can lead to the best blessings🤎

I'm not a fan of the "either or" life.

I am a believer in the "and".
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

You see it is all possible and available to us all.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever your ideal life and circumstances look like, I want to challenge you to see the AND in the opportunity. Try it on for size. How does it make you feel?

Excited? Authentic? Relieved?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That is the beautiful thing about once we truly get in touch with our desires..we get to play with what our life could actually look like if we moved from a place of unlimited power and not conditioning.

This is what showing up for yourself feels like.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is what courage tastes like.

When you get to know and understand yourself again and what you are capable of creating for yourself in this lifetime.

You can train yourself either way. To move out of restriction or move out of unlimited choice and options.

The choice is yours. Choose wisely. Choose you.

A LOVE LETTER TO WOMEN EVERYWHERE 🤎

To all the beautiful souls that are new to my world or have been on this journey with me over the years, the state of our current world has recently shook me to the core.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How far we have gotten from love, light, and human rights can feel daunting... and I have been meditating on what all of this means and what I can do. What can WE do.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The one thing we CANNOT do is turn away and pretend like we do not see what is happening.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I believe that each human has a place in the collective and it is going to take a deep reaching into our own souls to show up as powerfully and authentically as we can in these moments.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I believe that as women we are born warriors, We are born leaders, We each have a voice. A calling. And a mission that is unique to each one of us.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There is no one size fits all life (btw I have tried them all on!) and there is a vision you have that only you were meant to show up as in this world with.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our world needs strong leaders more than ever. More women authentic leaders.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
No I do not think that men do not have a say in all of this. But I do believe in the fact that women and those that identify as so show up with a different level of intelligence, heart, grace, and strength that is unique to our nature.

Our world needs more women shining their lights boldly.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our worlds needs more women going after their dreams and what is on their hearts because we know tomorrow is not promised.

And one more day without speaking and showing up in our truth is too long.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our world needs more women on a mission to create a better universe.

And it starts with each one of us. It starts with you.

It's a sneaky little devil that sometimes appears as though these are things we do not desire in life so how could we possibly attract them..but if we asked ourselves the hard question of how have we made ourselves available for it..it becomes clear we have been allowing it.

We are humans and we get to change.
