It was a wonderful gathering of friends and like-minded people!
A group of young, educated municipal representatives from Ukraine visited Tampa to connect and collaborate, aiming to strengthen the Ukrainian-American partnership between the cities of Khmelnytskyi and Tampa.
We are sincerely grateful to **Alfred Goldberg**, President of the Tampa Sister Cities Committee, and **Linda Olson**, President and CEO of Tampa Bay Wave, for their engaging discussions, valuable insights, and support of the sister-city initiative.
This meeting was truly inspiring and filled us with hope.
The spring of good deeds has begun! 🌸

With the Ukrainian diaspora in the U.S. growing, this is a powerful moment to deepen Ukrainian–American cooperation, including through the Sister Cities International program. Tampa already has 10 sister cities worldwide; we believe Tampa and Khmelnytskyi can become a model of joint work between the Ukrainian community and American institutions in cultural, educational, and other spheres.

Это было в Сан Франциско, в октябре 2025! Я работала с группой юристов из Украины, нас тепло принимали американские судьи. Настроение прекрасное, так же впечатляет архитектурная целостность зданий судов, интерьер, знаки и символы!

In collaboration with the Supreme Court of Ukraine, ICEA organized a new international educational program for Ukrainian judges from October 4 to 15, 2025, in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California.
The Ukrainian judges highly appreciated and were grateful for the warm welcome in California. Our meetings took place during the most dramatic period in relations between Ukraine and the United States, but we felt genuine support.
