Certified Life/Relationship Coach - helping you connect the dots

08/14/2026

I had to figure a lot of this out the hard way.

A lot of tears, nerves, failed attempts, and money spent on trainings and books just to finally get to a place where I feel like I actually know what I’m doing and understand love patterns in my life.

I want to keep building a relationship that doesn’t just survive, but actually supports us, brings us joy, feels safe, and is fun to be in.

And that’s a big part of why I decided to be here and teach you what I’ve learned along the way.

Stop Ruining Good Days With Bad Fights is a 14-day challenge I want to create to help you break the cycle of the same fights, understand what’s really happening underneath them, and build more emotional safety in your relationship.

Because you can love each other and still be exhausted by the way you fight.

If this sounds like something you need, comment WAITLIST and I’ll send you the early-access link.

Some relationship advice sounds empowering in a 10-second Reel… but doesn’t leave much room for the reality of loving another human being.

Take relationship advice (including mine) with curiosity, not as a rulebook.

Your relationship needs discernment more than it needs another viral quote.

If this finds you right where you needed it feel free to follow along ❣️

Ep. 1/7 . I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much about love I had to learn the hard way.

There is no subject in school, college, or common knowledge that teaches us how to love and be loved in a way that is right for us and our partner.

And if you didn’t have great parents to model that for you or get guidance from, you’re kind of at a loss. (Which is most of us 😉)

I learned a lot the hard way, failing a lot in love until I finally decided to study it.

When I fail at something, I take a course, go to classes and trainings, read books, and learn from people who have figured it out. So at some point, it became obvious to me that if I wanted to stop failing at love, I had to study it.

And so I did.

And I was shocked by how much we can actually influence in our love lives - and how many problems happen simply because we lack the understanding, skills, and tools.

And this is why I created this series:

Things They Don’t Teach Us About Love.

To share some of those aha moments with you.

If that interests you - stick around for part 2 tomorrow. ❤️

We talk so much about red flags, unmet needs, conflict, and everything our partners could be doing better.

But sometimes it’s worth noticing what they’re already doing right.

The effort. Coming back after a difficult conversation.
Trying to understand you even when they don’t fully get it. Changing a behavior because they know it hurts you.
Repairing instead of just saying “sorry.”
Being willing to learn, grow, and keep trying.

Healthy love doesn’t mean getting it right every time.

Sometimes the biggest green flag is simply having someone beside you who cares enough to keep working on it with you.

Maybe today is a good day to tell them you notice. ❣️
