Volleyball may have brought Victoria Vann (B.S.B.A./M.B.A. Business Analytics ’26) to Illinois Tech, but the experiences she built here shaped the path that followed.
As a student-athlete, Vann balanced the demands of collegiate volleyball, academics, and a three-year internship at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, where she gained hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and data visualization. Managing all three at once pushed her to develop discipline, adaptability, and leadership skills that extended far beyond the classroom.
Her internship experience also gave deeper meaning to her coursework, allowing her to apply concepts in real time while building a professional foundation in Chicago’s business community. After graduation, she will continue that journey as a strategy analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago.

Graduates from the Stuart School of Business will be honored during Ceremony 1 on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago. The ceremony begins at 9 a.m.
