Westside Cultural Foundation We are a non-profit organization dedicated to creating cultural and educational outlets for the youth, adults and seniors on the West Side of Chicago.

The Westside Cultural Foundation ("WCF") was established in 2012 in an effort to create cultural and educational outlets for the youth, adults and seniors of the West Side of Chicago (Lawndale, Austin & Garfield Park specifically) and to support the Chicago Westside Music Festival, a free annual concert produced on the West Side of Chicago with intense community involvement and participation.
