A generous gift to continue supporting The University of Chicago Law School students

David M. Rubenstein, ’73, has made a new $15 million gift to extend support for the University of Chicago Law School's Rubenstein Scholars Program—one of the most distinguished scholarship initiatives in legal education.

Since its founding in 2010, the program has supported more than 220 students through full-tuition scholarships and stipends, helping future lawyers pursue careers in public service, clerkships, private practice, and beyond.

“This kind of sustained investment strengthens the Law School in lasting ways,” said Dean Adam Chilton.
