What an amazing first day of school! 💙💛

There were more smiles than we could count, and the excitement was in the air for staff and students alike. It was wonderful seeing familiar faces, welcoming new ones, and watching our school come alive again.

We are so excited for all the learning, growth, memories, and special moments this new school year will bring. Here’s to a great year at CICS Wrightwood! 📚✨

We are officially 3 DAYS AWAY from the start of a brand-new school year! School begins Monday, August 24, and we are SO excited to welcome our students back! 💙

A new year means new beginnings, new memories, and new opportunities to positively impact every student who walks through our doors. ✨

💙💛 Our Back to School Bash was amazing!

There were hugs, tears of joy, sunshine, popcorn, bubbles, music, dancing, haircuts, Girl Scouts in action, PTA sign ups, and lots of excitement. Most importantly, it was wonderful seeing so many familiar faces and reconnecting with our school community.

From Chicago classrooms to the national stage… 🌟
We are incredibly proud to celebrate Jameer, one of our outstanding 8th grade scholars at Wrightwood, who earned one of the highest scores in the country in . Because of his achievement, he will be flown out to New York City to compete in the national league competition. 🏀✈️

This is what happens when talent meets opportunity, and opportunity meets top-tier instruction.

At Wrightwood, we don’t just teach but we build thinkers, problem-solvers, and leaders. Our commitment to academic rigor, strong instruction, and student growth continues to set our students apart not just in Chicago… but across the country.

As Jameer prepares to graduate and begin his next chapter at Sarah E. Goode STEM Academy, we know this is only the beginning. The foundation has been set and his future is bright.
