Our school collaboration with Barilla
We were honored to welcome Cheflorenzoboni for a very special hands-on experience, where our students learned more about nutrition and the importance of a balanced meal. They created their own pasta salads, thoughtfully choosing from a variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients provided by Barilla and Chef Lorenzo.

Thank you to every one of you who has helped make our school what it is today. You made this milestone extra special!

A special thank you also goes to those who made our celebration on Friday 10th, 2026 possible: to Elio on Fire for the catering, the friends of Old Barrel, who provided the wonderful wines from the Rattolino vineyard, and to Eugenio Megna, who graciously opened his beautiful showroom, Elm Surfaces , to host our celebration.

As we mark this 10th anniversary, we feel more energized than ever to continue our journey, to grow our school, expand our programs, and strengthen our community.
