Hi Everyone,
SO looking forward to in-person school!
I'll be running Kiss-n-Go as usual from 8:15 to 8:30 every school day.
I could use some help of course, please text me and let me know that you would like to volunteer, I really think that it is the best, most fun, and easiest way to volunteer at Drummond!

Hi Everybody,
With 2 peoole out, we really need some help this morning (Friday)!

Hi everybody,
With the weather getting colder K-n-G has been more popular than ever!
We need help, almost any day. Please send me a text if you can help, it's only 20min!
Drivers can help by staying in their car, waiting until you get to the front and letting a volunteer open your passenger side door.

Kiss-N-Go

what it is:
A volunteer run dropoff for younger students at Drummond

how it works:
-please carefully enter the coned lane on Southbound Honore at Cortland
-please stay in your car, pull up as you can toward the dropoff area (by the gate)
-wait for a volunteer to help your kiddo exit the vehicle (on passenger side only)
-If we you/we/they have trouble, a volunteer will remove a cone and allow you to pull forward to the breakdown area
-safely exit the K-n-G lane and proceed South
-volunteers and staff will make sure that your child gets safely into the school

Please keep in mind:

Stay in your car
Kids exit passenger side of vehicle only, no exceptions
Please do not use or try to turn around in the alley South of K-n-G
No parking on Southbound Honore from Cortland to the alley until after Kiss-n-Go volunteers have left

Safety lane:

More often than not there will be cones in front of the school at dropoff (Cortland).
This Safety lane is run by Mr Santiago, our security at Drummond.
This dropoff is for older kids (EL1 and up) that can make their own way out of the car and to their classroom.

Please carefully pull in the coned lane and let your kid out of the passenger side of the vehicle.
Please also exit carefully back into traffic.
Please do not drop off outside the cones.

Parking and Traffic in General:

For the safety of our kids and neighbors, please never double park or park/stand in crosswalks anywhere around Drummond.
Please do not use the Handicapped spots in front of Drummond and in the alley lot unless you have a handicapped placard.
Parking off the alley South of Drummond is for staff only.
Our neighbors are greatly affected by our dropoff and pickup,
Grace and Courtesy,
/Richard
