Registration is coming up! Please review the information below and come prepared with ALL required forms and fees to help avoid long lines.

📅 AUGUST 19 — 9th & 10th GRADE
🕘 9:00 AM–11:45 AM
🕐 1:00 PM–2:45 PM

📅 AUGUST 20 — 11th & 12th GRADE
🕘 9:00 AM–11:45 AM
🕐 1:00 PM–2:45 PM

⏰ IMPORTANT: Door 4 will close promptly at 11:45 AM and 2:45 PM. Anyone already inside at closing time will be assisted. We appreciate your understanding as our staff needs time for lunch.

📋 WHAT DO I NEED FOR REGISTRATION?

ALL STUDENTS — 9th through 12th grade — MUST SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING FORMS:

• Student Medical Information Form
• Proof of Dental Examination
• Request for Emergency and Health Information
• School Messaging Consent Form
• Media Consent Form and Release
• Family Income Information Form
• JROTC Military Academy Commitment Form

🦷 ENTERING 9TH GRADERS:
In addition to the required forms above, ALL incoming 9th-grade students must have:

✅ A state-required dental examination
✅ A required physical examination

💳 PAY YOUR FEES AHEAD OF TIME!

Want to get ahead and avoid standing in the long line? Pay your school fees through the ASPEN Parent Portal before registration.

If you are new to CPS and need Parent Portal access, we can help you during registration.

2026–2027 ANNUAL SCHOOL FEES

🎓 9th Grade — $190
🎓 10th Grade — $195
🎓 11th Grade — $195
🎓 12th Grade — $245

💵 We also accept cash, money orders, or cards at the school.
