Dear St. Juliana Families,
We are excited to announce that registration for the Mother’s Club Hot Lunch Program for the 2026–2027 school year will open soon! We are looking forward to another wonderful year of serving our students and appreciate your continued support of this special Mother’s Club program.
Hot Lunch Registration Dates
The Hot Lunch order form opened on August 17 and will close on September 3.
Please note: We are unable to accept orders after September 3. We encourage you to complete your order early to ensure you don’t miss the deadline.
Ordering Options
This year, you will have two options:
Order for the entire school year: September–May
Order for the first half of the year: September–December
If you choose to order for September–December only, you will need to place a new order in January for the second half of the school year (January–May).
A Few Important Reminders
Desserts:
Only one dessert item per lunch date is available. If you select two dessert options for the same lunch date, your child will be asked to choose one dessert.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time the Jotform is submitted. If payment has not been received by September 3, we will reach out to secure payment. If payment is still not received by September 10, the order form will be voided.
Order Confirmation:
At the conclusion of the Jotform, you should receive a confirmation page for your order. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the confirmation to appear.

Student Absences:
If your child is absent on a day they have ordered hot lunch, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or arrange for the food to be picked up.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with these policies. We are so grateful for the support of our St. Juliana families, which allows the Mother’s Club to continue providing this fun and convenient program for our students.
