Thanks be to God for the gift of St. Jerome School and 104 years of faith, learning, and community.

Today, our church was filled with generations of students, families, faculty, staff, parishioners, and friends who have been part of the St. Jerome story. Together, we gathered in gratitude for the countless lives touched by this special place.

In his homily, Fr. Antonio reminded us of Christ's call to love our neighbors as ourselves. Mrs. Hyland reflected on the generations of students who have walked through our doors, carrying with them the values, friendships, and faith that have defined St. Jerome for more than a century.

What we witnessed today was love in action. Teachers consoling one another. Students helping wipe away each other's tears. Families embracing. A community coming together to celebrate, remember, and give thanks. It was a powerful reminder that St. Jerome has always been more than a school. It is a family.

As we give thanks for all that has been, we hold in our hearts the memories, traditions, and people who made St. Jerome School such a blessing.

For 104 years, St. Jerome School formed faithful disciples, lifelong friendships, and generations of leaders. What a gift it has been….and, they will know we are Lions by our love.

Today, our littlest Lions graduate!

While our time together may have been short, the joy, laughter, and love you brought to St. Jerome will be remembered for years to come. We are so proud of all you have learned and how much you have grown.

As you take your next steps, know that you will always be part of the St. Jerome family. We can't wait to see all the amazing things the future holds for each of you.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve celebrated so many special moments with our Grade 8 students and families. This season has been filled with joy, reflection, laughter, and so much pride for all they have accomplished together.

Tomorrow is graduation, and while it is certainly bittersweet, we cannot wait to see what these students accomplish next. The future is bright, and we know each of them will continue to make the St. Jerome community proud.
