Not one of us on this earth is “above” or “woke enough” to not learn, accept, embrace, and embody the purpose and journey of evolution within our generational patterns, DNA coding, and ultimately, soul journey during our time on this little blue planet with over 8 billion perspectives!
The “seed of the asili” of culture (an Afro-centric cultural psychology term) is best understood as this: a seed planted, which gives growth and dominance to the rising of a specific cultural life force and/or energy. Think systems like: patriarchy, meritocracy, classism, capitalism, etc.
So, as the post quotes my recent article: “When we do not recognize the lies that have been sold as truths for generations, conflated with religions and world governments, we fertilize and nourish seeds that we may not even realize we are giving power to; watering the rotten fruit of diseased roots.”
This is what happens when humanity is controlled via shame-based systems. Including religious, political, and educational institutions.
Shame has each of us believing (under the lie) that those parts of us that are a tad broken, in need of healing and repair?? That all the parts of us are not lovable.
Only some of the parts. Deemed acceptable by outside systems, of course. Eurocentric utamawazo. (see article for terms + definitions)
