Today we hosted Noble Schools teachers for a Noble Fit Educator Empowerment Session.
The day included movement with Noble Street College Prep, A Noble School Ms. Murphy, breathwork with Hansberry College Prep, A Noble School Ms. Lemon, Yoga & sound healing with Rauner College Prep, A Noble School Mr. Cattouse, and a moment for reflection & journaling to end it.
We are grateful for the opportunity to empower our educators through mental wellness!
