According to a report released by UnidosUS this summer, between 1990 and 2020, Latino enrollment in postsecondary programs increased by 372%—from 782,400 to 3.7 million students. Unfortunately, these numbers have dipped tremendously in the past two years, primarily impacted by financial reasons. Supporting our students is more important now than ever!

Make a tax-deductible donation. Every donation, of any amount, helps our students realize their potential. Consider the following, or any amount you can:

$40 – give in honor of our 40th Anniversary
$500 – can go towards our University Leadership Programming
$1,250 – can go towards ½ of a scholarship
$2,500 – can go towards one (1) full scholarship

Extra Space Storage is offering eight (8) $3,000 scholarships to incoming and current undergraduate and graduate students for the fall 2022 semester.

Extra Space Storage believes everyone should have equal opportunity to access quality education and pursue their dreams. And they want to help make it a reality with the 2022 There’s Space for Everyone Scholarship program.

Instead of looking at resumes, they're asking applicants to submit a 500-800-word essay explaining how they'd use their education to help their community. Deadline is May 2nd.

We aim to invest in the Latinx community by awarding scholarships to college students with a drive and passion to further their education and have a passion for community involvement. Supporting education is a crucial part of the HACE mission in helping Latinos succeed in every phase of their careers. We are extremely excited to announce that we will award 4️⃣0️⃣ scholarships this year.

Qualifications/Requirements:

➡️ Full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
➡️ Of Hispanic heritage.
➡️ Open to ALL majors.
➡️ Must be able to attend HACE’s 40th National Leadership Summit & Celebration (April 21-22). Virtual and in-person options available.
➡️ Scholarship winners required to record a video.
➡️ First generation college students strongly encouraged to apply.

CALLING ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS!

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund's 2022-2023 HSF Scholar Application is open!

Scholars are selected based on merit. Award amounts range from $500 - $5,000, based on relative need.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be of Hispanic heritage
-U.S. citizen, permanent legal resident, or DACA
-Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students; minimum of 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for college and graduate students
-Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university, or graduate school, in the US, for the 2022-2023 academic year
-Submit the FAFSA or state-based financial aid forms (if applicable)
