I never take for granted the blessings the come my way. An incredible weekend with my kids in Chicago culminated with an evening with my wife Kheila Casas and my partners and good friends Garth Larson & Tammy Larson. We were all in town together to run our Hiring for Excellence workshop today. What an incredible group we had join us from all over the Chicago area, Iowa, Indiana and Michigan. Truly inspired by the feedback we received from attendees and the follow up work that will come as we continue to partner with school districts who desire to elevate their hiring practices to the next level. Can hardly wait to do it all over again soon. Would you like to be the next district who would like to host a hiring conference? Send me a DM for more details.
