Hello everyone!
The School of Hospitality Leadership will be hosting their annual career fair February 17 from 10:30-1PM at the Lincoln Park Student Center. This event will be open to ANYONE who wishes to attend!
The Cubs, Bears, McDoanld’s, and over 60 more companies will be in attendance, and recruiting all business majors. This is a great opportunity to expand your network! Opportunities such as Internships, Summer positions, Part-Time, and Full-Time positions will all be offered from these companies!

🟣LIVING WITH THE BROS🟡
Nikki, Brittain and Kristin were in the Fall 2019 pledge class together, and are majoring in accounting, marketing and sales, and management (with a concentration in sports management), respectively. Nikki & Brittain were roommates their freshmen year when they first rushed Delta Sigma Pi, and they met Kristin during the pledge process. The three have been inseparable every since.
“One of my favorite memories in DSP was when the three of us volunteered at Ronald McDonald House last winter. We passed out Valentine’s Day candy and played with the children all day. I also loved going to the basketball games with a big group of brothers, we’d sometimes reserve the Demon Deck and DePaul would give us free pizza. I remember the last game of the season, we had about 35 brothers take a charter bus to Wintrust, it always made the games so much more exciting to have all the bros there” - Nikki.
“The brotherhood aspect has been more impactful for me during quarantine. During these times, many of us feel really isolated, not able to hang out in real life as much as we usually do. It was great that I’ve gotten to room with two other brothers and honestly have made so many lifelong memories with them. Outside of our apartment, the brotherhood aspect has been supportive. I personally love the virtual game nights we do. It has us looking forward to seeing bros and keeps the connection as far away as we are from each other” - Kristin

Meygan & Julia are sophomore brothers in DSP, majoring in accounting and finance respectively. Meygan & Julia were both in the Winter 2020 pledge class. Though they were friends beforehand, going through the pledge process together made them even closer.
Meygan’s favorite memory from her pledging process was ice skating at Maggie Daley Park with the other members of her pledge class, as pictured above. “Having brotherhood events with other members of my pledge class really helped us bond with one another. The people you pledge with are usually the people you’re the closest with in the fraternity, since you went through that whole experience together” - Meygan.
“One of my favorite memories from my pledge process was our fundraising event. I remember how we carried these huge boxes of donuts over peoples heads on the red line, and we kept getting the craziest looks from everyone. We spent a few hours selling donuts and Redbull in the student center, and it was honestly so much fun. I loved spending time with my pledge class, they’re all some of my closest friends at DePaul” - Julia.

Throwback to Industry Networking Night (INN) 2020!
Industry Networking Night is the epitome of the professionalism that Delta Sigma Pi provides to its members. Every year in January, our fraternity hosts around a dozen Chicago-Area companies in an exclusive networking event with our members. Past companies include: EY, Jackson National Asset Management, IBM, Groupon, PwC and MANY MORE! The companies change every year and provide great opportunities for our members to talk face to face with professionals across a wide range of fields.
This year, this marquee event will look slightly different. Though it will be hosted virtually, we’re still having a plethora of fantastic companies come out for the event! Many members say that this event of network and rubbing shoulders with Chicago business professionals was the final step to securing an internship, deciding on a career path, or making a full-time job decision.
