Mr. Wolf, also known as Prince FlowWo1f, is a Midwest native who has been breaking since 2009. His journey began with a simple invitation to an after-school dance club in high school, a moment that ignited a fire within him and set him on a path of self realization and discipline.
What started as curiosity became devotion. He immersed himself in hip-hop's multiple art forms, spending hours daily studying dance battles, music production, and street art. He traveled across the United States to compete in battles and attend hip-hop events, connecting with legendary pioneers who shaped the culture and absorbing the history they carried forward. Mentoring under numerous legends in multiple elements.
In 2018, Mr. Wolf channeled that knowledge into action by founding Mr. Wolf's Academy, formed his Dance Crew "Divine Beast", and later being inducted into "The Universal Zulu Nation" Under "The act of "The Universal Teachers". He gives thanks to his Mentor "King Shocka" who Chicago Pioneer & Legend from the 1970's and The Tidal Wave Electric Poppers. He began teaching and mentoring youth and multi-generational groups across the Chicago region, developing a curriculum that blends breakdancing, hip-hop history, and performance opportunities.
Together with his students, he's taken the stage at major festivals and events—Fiesta Del Sol, Red Bull showcases, DO312, and more—performing both solo and as a crew.
Mr. Wolf's Academy extends beyond the dance floor. It hosts community events and workshops while partnering with elders and the Chicago Hip Hop Heritage Museum to preserve the city's hip-hop legacy and other international legends historys.
For Mr. Wolf, this culture represents something profound: a vehicle for saving lives and unlocking each person's highest artistic potential. The five elements—dance, music, art, knowledge, and community—aren't just categories. They're the heartbeat of true hip-hop culture.
