The dates for Study Abroad Creative Writing J-Term in Paris 2025 are January 3rd through January 18th. Attend an info session to learn how you could participate in this two week program that will count toward your spring credits and that is open to all grad and undergrad Columbia students of all majors and creative writing disciplines.

This January, 20 Columbia College Chicago students lived, wrote, and explored in Paris, France with Columbia College Chicago English and Creative Writing Department. They toured literary and artistic Paris, wrote a ton, read a lot of James Baldwin and Ernest Hemingway, saw the Eiffel Tower sparkle, performed their work at a funky art cafe, and ate so much French food!
